Landx currently owns over 1500 acres of land worldwide, with the majority of land in Australia.
Landx has a dedicated research team constantly looking for lands that tick all the boxes for a significant investment.
Once Landx secures the land, we work with the customer to convert the land into residential or commercial space, depending on preference and location. We have tie-ups with various construction companies and agencies to make this a reality. One such organisation is our sister company, Asset point Homes which specialises in making customised residential homes.

Ram Vel
Founder of Landx and Asset point
With a career in the real estate of over 13 years, Ram Vel has extensive background in residential and commercial real-estate industry and property investment.
Ram’s involvement in real estate started in 2004, when he helped a family buy their first home. Motivated by this first successful deal, Ram’s interest grew in property investment and commercial real estate. When his spectrum of strategies for both first time and regular investors converted into successful deals, Ram formed “ASSET POINT PTY LTD”. Asset Point is your complete solution for your investment needs anywhere in Australia.
In 2015 to 2017 Impressed with Ram’s expertise and knowledge, Simonds – Victoria’s No. 1 Builder associated with Asset Point to sell House and Land Packages. In the two years of time, Ram has personally bought and sold over 200 properties.
In Ram’s Property career he has sold over 350 properties across Australia, associated with local boutique builders.
Ram’s passion for the real estate never ceased as he is also the founder of “Asset Radar” that provides property management and development services. Through his advisory services, he has built a strong network of clients and businesses.
It is not only his wealth of knowledge, drive and passion for real estate that has attracted thousands of clients to Asset Point but also Ram’s amicable, calm and approachable demeanor which his clients are most appreciative of.
Ram holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Project Management and Lean Six-Sigma certifications. He has over 20 years of experience in Information and Communication Technology and is the founder of Millsoft Technologies – CRM and Marketing Software Solutions.
Ram is an enthusiastic community volunteer of associations in Australia and India – Hindu Council, Jet Australia, Telugu Association, Pada Yatra and PURE.
